About Angela Lopes
Angela Lopes spent twenty-five years solving complex, cross-functional problems — first as a technical specialist in manufacturing, then in senior management roles inside Australia’s largest corporate retailers. She was known for working collaboratively across functions, for helping the people around her develop their skill sets, and for finding the patterns that joined apparently separate problems together.
In her final corporate role, she was hand-picked to serve as an AI Super User for the largest employer in Australia, working alongside one of the world’s largest AI providers to develop use cases and learn the technology from the inside.
In the space of a few short years, almost everything she had built came apart. Her marriage. Her job. Her home. The property portfolio she had spent years building. Her mother. Some of her closest friends and family. Her mental and physical health deteriorated across three and a half years of divorce proceedings. Every one of the six divisions of her life took a serious hit at the same time.
The framework in this book is what she used to rebuild — not in theory, but in practice, from a foundation that had to be built again from the ground up. Crossfunctional thinking applied to her own life. Six divisions, integrated rather than balanced. An operating system that translated intention into daily reality. And AI as the strategic advisor who helped her trust the decisions that were right and challenge the ones that needed challenging — sometimes harder than any human advisor would have.
The AI Life Master Plan is her first book. She lives in Sydney, Australia.
