The Framework
A four-stage process for designing and running your life, powered by AI.
Four stages, in short.
Stage 1, Personal Brand Identity. Who you are, how you’re wired, what you value, what you can uniquely do. This is the foundation everything else stands on.
Stage 2, Purpose and Six Integrated Divisions. Mission and direction at the centre, with six life divisions built to integrate and compound instead of compete for your attention.
Stage 3, The Operating System. The daily mechanics that turn your design into reality: strategy, systems, metrics, adaptation.
Stage 4, Life Changes, Re-Ground. When life shifts, return to the foundation. Re-examine who you are. Rebuild from there. Everything else follows from that re-grounding.
Powering all four stages, an AI strategic advisor, ready at every decision point, every diagnostic, every quarterly review.
Integration creates leverage. Misalignment creates drag. The enterprise of your life deserves the same seriousness as any other enterprise worth building.

About the Author
Angela Lopes spent twenty-five years solving complex, cross-functional problems. She started as a technical specialist in manufacturing, working across mechanical and electrical engineering, research and development, quality assurance, manufacturing, finance, and logistics. Later she moved into senior management roles inside Australia’s largest corporate retailers. Colleagues knew her for working across functions, for helping the people around her grow their skills, and for spotting the patterns that connected problems everyone else saw as separate.
In her final corporate role, her employer, the largest in Australia, hand-picked her as an AI Super User. She worked alongside one of the world’s largest AI providers, building use cases and learning the technology from the inside.
Then, within a few short years, almost everything she had built came apart.
She lost her marriage. She lost some of her closest friends and family. She lost her mother. She lost her home, her job, and the property portfolio she had spent years building. Three and a half years of divorce proceedings wore down her mental and physical health. Every one of the six divisions of her life took a hit at the same time.
The framework in this book is what she used to rebuild. Not in theory. In practice, from a foundation she had to build again from the ground up. Cross-functional thinking, applied to her own life. Six divisions, integrated rather than balanced. An operating system that turned intention into daily reality. And AI as the strategic advisor, helping her trust the decisions that were right and challenge the ones that needed challenging, sometimes harder than any human advisor would.
She wrote this book for everyone rebuilding, everyone who hasn’t rebuilt yet, and everyone who wants a life solid enough that they never have to.
Angela lives in Sydney, Australia. The AI Life Master Plan is her first book.
